What is Sharek961?

Sharek961 is a collaborative project that empowers Lebanese citizens to act as partners in open society through direct participation and reporting. Sharek961 is starting with concerns around the June 7th election, but will expand to a variety of other issues, ranging from environmental abuses to transparency issues.

Citizens can contribute direct SMS, email, and web reports on various violations of civil society principles. The platform will aggregate these direct reports with related news reports, blog posts, photos, videos and tweets from all relevant sources, in one place, on an interactive map.

How Do I Report?

You can report any of the following four ways:
